The study investigates the phytochemical composition and antibacterial activity of Plumeria rubra leaf extracts using hexane, ethyl acetate, and methanol as solvents. Results indicate the presence of various phytochemicals such as saponins, tannins, and steroids, with methanol extracts showing the highest bioactive potential. All extracts displayed significant antibacterial activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative strains, justifying the plant's traditional medicinal uses.
