The academy employs an 'Identify-Train-Employ' model, where candidates are matched with corporate needs, trained in necessary skills, and then facilitated to secure employment without charge to mission partners. ELA has trained over 1200 students and collaborates with various welfare organizations to enhance job readiness among graduates from various institutions across India.
