Re-Engineering is one of the multifaceted and hectic project in Telecom New Zealand. 4G with different
functionality were introduced in this project. Project platform is changed from ICMS to Siebel CRM for
product order and process. There are 28 components involved in this system to complete a single order.

Siebel CRM is one of the key project in Telecom New Zealand which handles faults for PSTN, BBA, FIPD,

After all the validations are done loan is funded to the dealer from Capital One.

Project Description:
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN2e) is the one of the products of British Telecom (BT) - Open
Reach, UK’s largest service provider. WLR3 ISDN2e is an ISDN basic rate service supplied by Openreach to
Communication Providers (CP) who can in turn offer service to their End Users. Openreach will provide,
repair and maintain these lines up to the Network Termination Point (NTP).Openreach will also provide raw
call information and a consolidated monthly bill to the CP for all of their lines. CPs set their own prices and
onward bills their End Users. Lines will have access to many of Openreach standard services. As like most
of the telecommunication service providers, British Telecom – Openreach also developed on BSS/OSS or
simply BSS/OSS stack.

Project platform is changed from ICMS to Siebel CRM for product order and process. There are 28 components involved in this system to complete a single order. Agile methodology was followed in the project. Roles & Responsibilities:  Direct interaction with client, developers and business users.  Requirement Analysis and Test planning.  Doubts/queries clarification from developers.  Handling triage meeting which has developers and client for discussion.  Preparation of Test scenarios and Execution of test cases.  Defect reporting and tracking.  Handling offshore team, and giving KT to them.  KM anchor in the project.  Handling team of 8 members. Role : Testing Lead (Onsite location) Other Tasks : Presentation to client, Test Summary Report, DSR,etc. Testing Methodology used : Agile Methodology Project Description: Siebel CRM is one of the key project in Telecom New Zealand which handles faults for PSTN, BBA, FIPD, CDMA, WCDMA, etc. Raising faults on behalf of customer and handling and delegating the faults to appropriate member. Siebel and ICMS were the major components in the project.

Through various sites like BT COM, Agent COM, Partner COM product can be ordered. OCSH also plays an important role for Fault Tracking and Fault Management. Likewise Admin tool is used for managing of BT profiles created by the end user. Their application passes through various tasks and verifications which is done by the COAF team with the help of this application. The verifications include the Capstone verification, BRE Verification and also the Document verification. After all the validations are done loan is funded to the dealer from Capital One. WLR3 ISDN2e is an ISDN basic rate service supplied by Openreach to Communication Providers (CP) who can in turn offer service to their End Users. Openreach will provide, repair and maintain these lines up to the Network Termination Point (NTP).Openreach will also provide raw call information and a consolidated monthly bill to the CP for all of their lines.
