Abstract • Colombia with a internal problem of groups organized in other to create justice by their own hands, now has a big problem because it is not just involved Colombia anymore, now France, The United States and also Venezuela have to deal with a problem of 15 people kidnapped by a group called FARC (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia). • They are now planning a strategy without weapons by being infiltrated and manage the situation just like they wanted.

Abstracto • Colombia con un problema interno de los grupos organizados para crear justicia por sus propias manos , tiene ahora un gran problema, ya que no implica solo Colombia, ahora Francia, los Estados Unidos e inclusive Venezuela están involucrados por 15 personas son secuestradas por un grupo llamado las FARC (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia ). • Ahora están planeando una estrategia sin armas y para lograrlo deberán de infiltrarse en el grupo con la finalidad de manejarlo y orillarlo a hacer lo que las fuerzas armadas de Colombia quieren.

Ils sont en train de planifier une stratégie sans armes et pour atteindre cet objectif doit infiltrer le groupe afin de gérer et de orillarlo faire ce que les forces armées de Colombie veulent.

Analysis • The FARC started like a Auto defense group in 1964 with some farmers that wanted to avoid a persecution against them, with some communist and socialist ideals, but like in other countries happens they start to work now with some ideas against the government bad planned and with a bad perspective, they started to work with the drug traffic and now in this case they revealed their self against the government by kidnap some “influence” people of the government and media not just of Colombia also form United States etc. • But something really important is that the Colombia forces were available to understand that if they try to use the force against them, some people could die from both sides and if they want to prove that they are better, they have to think in something smart in order to not use violence.
- 8. • The plan was really successful because they really take the time and the care to understand their opponent, the don't act by instinct, they were really careful. • They plan, they study their “language” they really do a complete strategy first to infiltrated their people in this case the women who was the one that study them deeply, but that was not enough now the started to think about how they will rescue this people, first they gathered, and after that they act like other people, like people with their same believes to catch them in to a tramp.
- 9. • If we relate with business maybe we will not be a infiltrated member of the Company because that will be something unfair and against our values as a Company but, it important to be with the right people on your organization, with people who you feel really confident, people trustworthy, also so have to created strategies in other that your competition do what you want. • But to do it you have to really know deeply your competition all their strengths and their weaknesses, now in days it is not enough to know your Company you have to know your environment. • And you want to win but you don´t want to loose clients on the way, so don’t attack to hurt.
