Featured technology
• SUPRO® XT 221D IP Isolated Soy Protein provides excellent functional
properties tailored to a wide range of applications. It has excellent nutritional
characteristics, and is designed to be fully compatible with normal manufacturing
processes to optimize results.
• LITESSE® Two Polydextrose is a low calorie, low glycemic, specialty carbohydrate
that offers prebiotic properties and fiber.
• XIVIA® Xylitol is a naturally occurring sweetener for taste and sweetness but has
only half the calories of sugar. It leaves no aftertaste and protects teeth from cavities.
• CREMODAN® 809 CREAMLINE Emulsifier  Stabilizer System increases the
melting resistance, and gives body and a creamy mouthfeel.
• BioColor Blue CF2329 based on spirulina; no E-numbers.
• BioColor Magenta NB3003 based on beetroot/betanin; E-number E162.
