Working in IBM since leaving college in 1985, I've held a number of varied positions. Most have been technically based and customer-facing.
Since 2006 I've worked within IBM as a Technical Pre-Sales specialist. With my skill-set majoring on Application Connectivity and Integration, I help to sell and implement solutions that use software products such as IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus and IBM DataPower throughout the UK.
My goal: to continue to provide a valued service to our customers by making sure they buy the right software and use it properly.
