Kony Solutions. This application involved in verifying backend server activities for policies

using Administrator console and involved in testing all the policies including Encryption & Decryption,
Blocking Games or any of the native applications, Camera, Blocking Specific URL’s from launching

limitations of Attachments, Types of Attachments, Address Book Access, SD Card Access Settings,
Remote Device Wipe for number of wrong password attempts, creating groups and enforcing

Project # 6 EMDM- Enterprise Mobile Management

Description
Enterprise Mobility Management is a comprehensive device and application management solution
for mobile devices. It helps enterprises become more efficient - all from a centralized, easy to use
console. The project includes policies Device Enrollment, Passcode, Restrictions, Email, Web clips,
Certificate Distribution, Network, and Compliance Actions Policies. Policies enforced from Device
Sets and the same can be applied based on Time fences and Geofence. Device Commands like
Lock, Reset Passcode, Block/Unblock Email, Remove App Data, Suspend/Resume device, Wipe,
Device Overview, Locate, Messages (email & push), App Monitor, and Asset Properties. Branding,
Enterprise Applications and policies for the same, Active Directory Integration, Exchange Settings,
Permission Sets, Event Log etc. Self Service Console side where users can login and operate on
their own devices.
Highlights:
· The product has just been released to Cloud & on Premise Installer and as part of BETA
releases there were no issues reported and whatever was identified was already existed
and have been marked as Deferred to visit in later releases. Since no customers of BETA
faced issues, hope I have done my job in delivering a quality product.
· As part of Product Testing, been involved in providing every support where ever required
either development team requires help in debugging issues, providing required feedback
to onsite team. Reported several issues while testing and providing valuable feedback
where ever required as we are developing a product which needs to be competitive and
compete with well-established competitors
· Have learned how to validate our product with that of market standards, this is like inline
requirements with iPCU/Apple Configurator, Browsing through Android forums and
debugging the mobile apps.
· Designed Complete Test Suite form MAM.
· Involved in testing Server Side and Client side (iPhone, iPad, Android (4.x and above).

Roles & Responsibilities Test Lead
 Helped team members in understanding and debugging the logs and database payloads. Everyone has
learnt and executed the same making work much easier for dev. teams to dig down the issues at early
stages of the product.
 Helped team members on how to look into Apple Standards by generating payloads manually using
iPCU/Apple Configurator and match our implementation so that our product is in line with standards.
 Helped team members in doing KT whenever required like iPCU/Apple Configurator, ADB Logs, Server
Logs.
 Responsible for deploying the builds with the help of Linux and windows installers and creating test
bed for each and every build.
 Proactively followed up with Tech Leads, Architects in analyzing, understanding and then come up with
testing the same. Have learned self on how to debug server logs, querying Database, analyzing ADB
and iPCU logs and provided as much as information necessary for dev. team to nail down then issue
and fix them easily within less time.
 The product requirements were in place and was part of analyzing each and every requirement and
provided feedback where ever necessary.
 It was challenging to write test cases for all the platforms. Especially for iOS and Android. The
requirements were high level and we have to inline the same based on standards. Have proactively
been looking into iPCU and Apple Configurator in generating each and every payload manually,
installing them on the device and designing test cases as per Apple Standards
 Creating Test Strategy based on requirements finalized in Specs review and project scope discussion
meetings.
 Test environment setup creation and build installation on QA-Servers.
 Giving KT to team members on BYOD concepts and how the OTA commands will work on various
platforms like IOS, Android and Black Berry.
 Creation and distribution of IOS and Android Push certificates.
 Creating cases for MDM policies and it’s validation on devices(MDM profiles creation, policy
enforcing, turn-on / turn-off device features)
 Verification of MDM network policies across all mobile platforms.
 Guiding each team member in collection of server logs and device logs for each issue reported
in MDM policy enforcement.

It provides a facility to transfer funds from one account to another account (which are in the payee list).Maintains the session
until the transaction is successful. Customers can open their new accounts through on line. Every time it will automatically
generate the 16 digit customer number.
Roles/Responsibilities:
 Involved in Functional & Regression Testing for modules like Online Money Transfer and creating new online Accounts
