PERSONAL SUMMARY
A highly competent, resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic individual who
possesses a considerable amount of knowledge regarding administrative and
office procedures. Literacy and numeracy skills along with I.T skills I have
experience in Customer service, sales and cash handling all demonstrated in
my work history.
A quick learner who is able to communicate at all levels hence
trustworthiness and is an excellent team player as demonstrated with my
position at One Stop. I am able to use my own initiative and can work to
achieve goals and targets set I am forward thinking and thrive on new
challenges with a proven ability to work proactively in a complex and busy
office environment again demonstrated throughout my time spent at Black
Country 4x4 were I assisted a set up business Managing the online eBay shop,
management of dispatch, dealing with queries, resolving issues, social media
tasks I feel this also shows my ability to multitask.
Working self-employed over the past thirteen years has also been a learning
curve for me carrying out all rolls such as sales, marketing, customer service,
bookkeeping etc. I have had to work to my own personal targets and have
needed to be organised with my time and paperwork in order to meet
government legislation and deadlines.
