Important notes: (reasons - delay in visa stamping) : ► To avoid paying fines, kindly submit your documents on time. ► Ensure passport is over 6 months valid. ► Ensure no police cases, bank issues etc. ► Dependents overstay or their cancellation not done. ► Ensure UAE Entry & Exit stamp on passport. ►The required documents could be changed as per DNRD. ● Urgent process: Only For residence visa process : ► Urgent visa stampng cost 110 AED. ► Medical test urgent cost 210 AED. For employees in Dubai Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah . ■ 2 sets of color passport copy with visa page. ■ 10 recent photographs with white. background (mention employee number and mobile number at the back of every photo). ■ Original labor card (if labor card is with employee and if it is less than 60 days valid). ■ Copy of high school or degree certificate (this depends on the designation in SAP). For employees in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah ■ 10 recent photographs with white background (mention employee number and mobile number at the back of every photo) ■ Original Medical report ■ Original passport (passport should be 6 months valid) ■ Original labor card (if labor card is with employee and if it is less than 60 days valid) ■ Copy of high school or degree certificate (this depends on the designation in SAP) ■ Emirates ID original registration form Residence visa details : Residence visa number : Visa date expiry : If on your Emirates ID original registration form, the “NEXT STEP” Capture your biometrics at one of the service points, kindly visit any Emirates ID office to capture/scan your fingerprints & they will stamp the form as “Process Completed”. ● Turnaround time : Only For residence visa process : ► Normal visa process takes 3 weeks.. ► Urgent visa process takes 5 working days.
