HRIS/ HRMS - Co-ordination with HRIS team for installation and proper customization of HRIS module. Also taking calls with
vendor as resolving issues on a weekle basis.
Reports - Presenting error free report management and HOD’s related to the the Heacount Report of Comapny at the Board
meeting, sharing Reports to HOD HR Dashboard, Pending appraisals, Deputation list, Performance Record, Quality Objectives,
monthly MIS and adhering to deadlines
Training & Development - SPOC for all training and development programs in the company.Completed competency matrix for
the whole organization. Preparing Training Calendar for the entire year .
Audit - Representing HR and training in all audit pertaining to QMS, ISMS, ITSM ,ISO Internal and External Audit.
