Assisted H A Wagner Power Plant/Brandon Shores Power Plant with processing of invoices in Great
Plains.

Process payroll for 165 people on a weekly basis. Posting to Time Entry System for
processing of paychecks by our Payroll Dept. Run payroll reports % of overtime for
employees, Reports on payroll changes and/or delayed time posted. Process any payroll
changes and/or delayed time. Distribution of paychecks. Make any administration changes
in TES where applicable.
Print reports on Absence/Lateness of employees and route to supervisors quarterly for all
employees in their unit. for verification that their records are in agreement with Sr.
Administrative Assistant’s. Notify management when employee has reached a number of
absence occurences so that they may be counseled as to future action if absence record is not
improved. Records maintained for auditing purposes, and verification.
Maintain Company Bulletin Board.
Post Job Opportunities, and any Corporate Bulletins issued for Employee Information.
Work with Shift Supervisor on Rounds for our Operations Personnel. These are typed up in
Microsoft Word, and must be updated when required. Basically a set of procedures required
to be done to perform plant jobs in a safe and efficient manner. List requirements to be
completed each step of the way.
Maintain updates on General Physics books for engineering I distribute and update system
descriptions, operating procedures, flow diagrams, lamination of piping and instrumentation
diagrams. Required to identify any updates or corrections to be made, attach a traveller
procedure change assign an ID #. Sent to the Coordinator, after review and all corrections
made including the drawings, I assemble the cover letter and distribute the packages in book
form to the appropriate personnel required to have these books. Once everything is
completed transfer information to the LAN for personnel to view.
Have a Petty Cash Fund - Provide cash required to purchase parts/materials any supplies
required in the plant to complete a job. Re-imburse fund via balancing when required and
take to headquarters for reimbursement with proper approvals.
Serve as a back-up to our Plant Materials Clerk. Procuring materials on contracts, local
purchases, requisitions, as required in clerk’s absence.
Company Health Representative - Handle HMO’s explaining and distributing packages to
employees. Handle any benefit questions, or interpertation of Company rules to personnel
requesting this information.
Serve as back-up on Employee Recognition Award Program - Issue points, and redeem
points for employees.
CARE COORDINATOR (Corrective Actions Remove Errors) - Whenever an employee feels
that he will be better able to do his job right the first time by resolving a problem, he fills out
a form explaining the problem, what his suggestion is for a solution, it is submitted to a
committee, for possible monetary award. I maintain this program and issue reports to
committees on the progress of same.
