In 2015, I became interested in the Growth discipline and incubated the first Product Growth team within Adobe Spark in 2016 and expanded the model in 2017 within the Creative Cloud product portfolio driving today millions of dollars of incremental revenue.
We need to keep doing more for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. So, I co-led the Creative Cloud Product Working Group for Diversity & Inclusion to build more inclusive creative products for the world.
