Another popular dish is menudo a type of tripe stew that is widely believed to relieve you of a hangover. Food can differentiate from the region you live in such as in Veracruz where they eat a beef or goat stew called birria.

A popular breakfast drink is Lassi a yogurt based drink made from yogurt, water, salt, pepper, ice and Indian spices.

In Northern China a popular meal is baozia steamed bun with meat or vegetable stuffing In Eastern China a popular breakfast meal is ci fan tuan a food made by tightly wrapping fried dough around glutinous rice and sweetened with soy milk. In Southern China dim sum is very common. It is very many servings of meat, fish, soup, desserts and fruit.

Being a former British colony Nigeria has many foods and drinks similar to the English such as English tea.
