- 2. Barriars to communication • The process of Communication has many barriers • As soon as the communication got disrupted it leads to failure of communication. • Barriers to communication may also lead to misunderstanding.
- 3. Types of Barriers to Communication
- 4. Linguistic Barrier • The word 'linguistic' is mainly concerned with language. • This barrier disrupt communication via language. • Language plays important role in communication. • This barrier is considered as main reason that stop the communication from being effective to audience.
- 5. Psychological Barrier • This barrier is caused by receiver himself/herself • It only affects state of mind of a person • This barrier may lead to wrong decision making • The only way to remove this from communication is to face the fear. • This barriar act as differently for different people.
- 6. Emotional Barrier • The right emotions in a person are required at right time • The emotions of person also affects the communication. • Only mixture of correct emotion will lead to effective communication. • the emotion of person can blur decision making power of a person
- 7. Organizational Structural Barrier • As levels in organization is more so there is high chance of miscommnication. • Method of communication in an organization has its own problem and rules • Misinformation in an organization caused mainly by lack of appropriate trasperancy. • Sdf
- 8. Perception Barrier • Different people see things differently, do same thing but different way. • The message must be clear to audience or the receiver. • The sender must use words that doesn't rhyme as they create confusion.
- 9. Conclusion • The barriar explained previously are most common. • These are many other barriars to communication. • There are many factors that affect effective communication. • No communication will be effective unless it delivered the orignal message from sender to receiver
