I have over 18 years' experience working with complex projects on Microsoft technologies. I've spent a lot of my time leading Office 365 and SharePoint delivery, and have extensive experience managing dev teams. I continue to do hands-on coding myself, and work hard to contribute to the technical community - I regularly speak at Microsoft and industry events. In the past I have worked for Microsoft as a SharePoint field engineer, have received the MVP award for the last 11 consecutive years. In technology terms, my core strengths are around the Microsoft cloud stack – especially SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure.
