Elisha is also a mentor at Startup Weekend (San Francisco & Penang) and is the organiser of Rails Girls Singapore, a nonprofit initiative to teach women how to code, as well as the Red Dot Ruby Conference 2015, South East Asia's largest Ruby conference.
