DISTRICT UPDATE
  March 14, 2011
    During the 2011-2012 school year and going
     forward:

     ◦  3rd grade students will attend Green Primary School.
     ◦  Green Primary will house 1st, 2nd & 3rd grades.

     ◦  4th grade students will attend Green Intermediate
        School.
     ◦  Green Intermediate will house 4th, 5th & 6th grades.
    Levy Failure will result in state minimum busing.
     ◦  No busing for 9th- 12th graders including to/from
        parochial high schools
     ◦  Up to ½-mile cluster stops
         The distance from where your residence driveway or private road
          intersects the public road to the CLUSTER BUS STOP can be up to
          ½ mile.
         IEP transportation-specific students will still be transported curb to
          curb.
     ◦  2-mile non-transportation zones
         The distance from where your residence driveway or private road
          intersects the public road to the school of attendance up to 2 miles.
         IEP transportation-specific students will still be transported within
          the 2-mile non-transportation zones.
     ◦  Shuttle bus to and from PLCC will still be provided
        from GHS.
