This document discusses techniques for securing data in multi-cloud computing simulations. It proposes a protocol for securely transferring data between cloud servers and storage nodes using encryption and digital signatures. The protocol uses cryptographic algorithms like elliptic curve cryptography to encrypt data, generate digital signatures for authentication, and distribute encrypted data fragments across multiple clouds for redundancy and access control. A simulation of the protocol shows how cloudlets are distributed across different data centers and virtual machines using encrypted channels and access controls. The protocol aims to provide secure data transmission and storage in multi-cloud environments.
An efficient and secure data storage in cloud computing using modified RSA pu...IJECEIAES
Cloud Computing is the ability to improve the utility or train new human resources without investing in new infrastructure, or add capabilities to existence without the latest software licensing. It expanded the capabilities of Information Technology (IT). From the past few years, cloud computing has developed from a good business concept in the best rising sectors of the IT industry. But more information on individuals and companies was put in the cloud, and concerns began to think about how secure the cloud environment was. Despite cloud surrounding structures, enterprise users still do not want to expand their business in the cloud. Security reduces the growth of cloud computing and continues to spread the market with complexity with data privacy and data protection. The security of cloud computing has constantly been an significant aspect of improved quality of service from cloud service providers. Data storage in the cloud has a problem related to data security. However, cloud computing construct many new security challenges which have not been well examine. In order to ensure that the user's data in the cloud is secure, we have proposed an effective mechanism with a distinctive feature of data integrity and privacy. This paper focusing on problems relating to the cloud data storage techniques and security in virtual environment. We recommend a method for providing data storage and security in cloud using public key Cryptosystem, which uses the concept of the modified RSA algorithm to provide better security for the data stored in the cloud.

Improve HLA based Encryption Process using fixed Size Aggregate Key generationEditor IJMTER
Cloud computing is an innovative idea for IT industries which provides several services to
users. In cloud computing secure authentication and data integrity of data is a major challenge, due to
internal and external threats. For improvement in data security over cloud, various techniques are
used.MAC based authentication is one of them, which suffers from undesirable systematic demerits
which have bounded usage and not secure verification, which may pose additional online load to users,
in a public auditing setting. Reliable and secure auditing are also challenging in cloud. In Cloud auditing
existing audit systems are based on aggregate key HLA algorithm. This algorithm is based on variable
sizes, different aggregate key generation, which encounters with security issues at decryption level.
Current Scheme generates a high length of key decryption that encounters with problem of space
complexity. To overcome these issues, We can improve HLA algorithm by improve aggregate key
generation, based on fixed key size. This algorithm generates constant aggregate key which will
overcomes problem of sharing of keys, security issues and space complexity.
A Secure Model for Cloud Computing Based Storage and RetrievalIOSR Journals
This document proposes a secure model for cloud computing storage and retrieval that separates these functions between two cloud providers. Specifically, it suggests that one provider handle storage only, while another handles only encryption and decryption. This separation prevents both functions and access to the raw data from being handled by a single administrator, improving security. The model is demonstrated using a customer relationship management (CRM) service example. It also discusses establishing service level agreements between the involved parties to formalize their roles and responsibilities.

Security Issues’ in Cloud Computing and its Solutions. IJCERT JOURNAL
Cloud computing is a set of IT services that are provided to a customer over a network on a leased basis and with the ability to scale up or down their service requirements. Usually cloud computing services are delivered by a third party provider who owns the infrastructure. It advantages to mention but a few include scalability, resilience, flexibility, efficiency and outsourcing non-core activities. Cloud computing offers an innovative business model for organizations to adopt IT services without upfront investment. Despite the potential gains achieved from the cloud computing, the organizations are slow in accepting it due to security issues and challenges associated with it. Security is one of the major issues which hamper the growth of cloud. The idea of handing over important data to another company is worrisome; such that the consumers need to be vigilant in understanding the risks of data breaches in this new environment. This paper introduces a detailed analysis of the cloud computing security issues and challenges focusing on the cloud computing types and the service delivery types.
This document summarizes recent research on security issues related to single cloud and multi-cloud storage models. It finds that relying on a single cloud service provider poses risks to data availability and integrity if the provider experiences an outage. Storing data across multiple cloud providers (a multi-cloud model) can help address these issues but may increase costs. The document surveys various techniques proposed in recent research to improve security, availability, and integrity in single and multi-cloud environments, such as homomorphic tokens, file division, and the Depsky model. It concludes that while single cloud has been more widely researched, multi-cloud is an important area of ongoing work to help overcome the security and cost challenges of cloud storage.
This document summarizes a survey on attribute-based data hiding and access policies in cloud computing. It discusses how cloud computing delivers computing services over the internet and how securing client data is important for cloud providers. 1) Homomorphic encryption allows processing of encrypted data without decrypting it first, enabling secure computations on outsourced data in cloud computing.
2) A homomorphic encryption scheme is proposed that uses a large integer ring as the plaintext space and a single key for encryption and decryption, providing confidentiality even when a non-trusted cloud server processes encrypted data.
3) The scheme could enable applications like private queries to a search engine, private information retrieval from databases, and secure electronic voting by allowing computations on encrypted data.
IRJET- An Effective Protection on Content based Retrieval in Cloud StorehouseIRJET Journal
This document discusses content-based retrieval in cloud storage and proposes an effective protection method. It begins with background on cloud computing and discusses traditional encrypted search methods and their limitations, including vulnerabilities to attacks. The proposed system design generates an order-preserving encrypted password and splits files and indexes into encrypted parts. It then splits an uploaded secure image into a source image and key image using a binocular visual cryptography algorithm. The encrypted files, source image, and password are stored in the cloud. When a user requests a file, the cloud verifies and sends the password and key image. To access the file, the user must submit the matching key image. This prevents unauthorized access while allowing efficient encrypted searching and retrieval from the cloud.
The document proposes a new cloud computing paradigm called data protection as a service (DPaaS) to address user concerns about data security and privacy in the cloud. DPaaS is a suite of security primitives offered by a cloud platform to enforce data security, privacy, and provide evidence of privacy for data owners even if applications are compromised. This reduces per-application effort to provide data protection while allowing for rapid development. The architecture achieves economies of scale by amortizing expertise costs across applications. DPaaS uses techniques like encryption, logging, and key management to securely store data in the cloud.

It then discusses the three main service models of cloud computing: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). The document also outlines the different types of cloud models based on location and service, including public, private, hybrid, community, and federated clouds. Finally, it discusses some of the key challenges of adopting cloud computing such as security, loss of control, vendor lock-in, and lack of skills.
IRJET- Secure Cloud Storage through Dual ProtectionIRJET Journal
This document discusses secure cloud storage through dual protection. It proposes a system that encrypts stored data and splits files across three different cloud server locations. This provides strong security as an attacker would need to decrypt the files and combine the split pieces, which is not possible without the file owner's permission. The system uses key generation to verify file downloads and updates, only allowing downloads if the correct key is provided. This ensures data integrity and access control. Anyone can store files in the cloud but file owners must approve any downloads or updates by other users. The system aims to address security issues with cloud storage while maintaining usability, flexibility and efficient auditing of stored data.
Anonymous Key Based Secure File Encryption in CloudIRJET Journal
This document proposes a new system for secure file encryption and sharing in the cloud. It aims to address security issues with sharing data in social media. The key aspects of the proposed system are:
1. It creates separate databases for individual users and a local server to securely store user keys for encryption/decryption.
2. Files are encrypted using triple DES before being stored in the cloud to prevent unauthorized access.
3. A user can share files with others by providing encryption keys through the local server.
4. When a file is shared, a temporary server decrypts and re-encrypts the file with the recipient's key for added security.
The system aims to improve data security when
Flaw less coding and authentication of user data using multiple cloudsIRJET Journal

It proposes a method for users to store encrypted data across multiple cloud storage providers using splitting and merging concepts. Private keys are generated during file access using a pseudo key generator and encrypted using 3DES for transmission. The method aims to increase data availability, confidentiality and reduce costs by distributing data across multiple cloud providers. It also discusses using image compression with reversible data hiding techniques to provide data confidentiality when storing images in the cloud.
SECURE DATA TRANSFER BASED ON CLOUD COMPUTINGIRJET Journal
This document summarizes a research paper on secure data transfer based on cloud computing. The paper proposes a method to securely store sensitive data on the cloud through encryption. Data owners can encrypt files before uploading them to the cloud. When recipients want to access the encrypted data, data owners can send decryption keys through secure channels. Even if hackers obtain the encrypted data from the cloud, they will be unable to read it without the decryption keys. The proposed method aims to address security and privacy concerns of cloud computing by encrypting data at rest and controlling access through encryption keys.
Excellent Manner of Using Secure way of data storage in cloud computingEditor IJMTER
The major challenging issue in Cloud computing is Security. Providing Security is big issue
towards protecting data from third person as well as in Internet. This mainly deals the Security how it is
provided. Various type of services are there to protect our data and Various Services are available in Cloud
Computing to Utilize effective manner as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS),
Hardware as a Service (HaaS). Cloud computing is the use of computing resources (hardware and
software) that are delivered as a service over Internet network. Cloud Computing moves the Application
software and databases to the large data centres, where the administration of the data and services may not
be fully trustworthy that is in third party here the party has to get certified and authorized. Since Cloud
Computing share distributed resources via network in the open environment thus it makes new security
risks towards the correctness of the data in cloud. I propose in this paper flexibility of data storage
mechanism in the distributed environment by using the homomorphism token generation. In the proposed
system, users need to allow auditing the cloud storage with lightweight communication. While using
Encryption and Decryption methods it is very burden for a single processor. Than the processing
Capabilities can we utilize from Cloud Computing.

Trust Assessment Policy Manager in Cloud Computing – Cloud Service Provider’s...idescitation
Cloud computing is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access
to a shared pool of configurable computing resources. Reliability in compute cloud is an
important aspect in Quality of Service which needs to be addressed in order to foster the
adoption of compute cloud. In today’s integrated environment the distributed systems is
employed to carry out computational intensive task at a faster rate without much
investment. The Cloud is a multitenant architecture which allows faster computation with
high scalability at a lower cost thereby the users can share the same physical infrastructure.
Individual customers deploy their applications in such environment will occupy the virtual
partitions on the platform. This paper describes a straightforward procedure to analyze the
reliability of the application from the view point of the resource provider. A trust
component is implemented to provide preventive control and to mitigate the occurrence of
any non-permissible action by using the detective mechanism. Such mechanisms are used to
identify the privacy risk and it further prevents from utilization. Hence, in this paper trust
assessment is performed before the user is allowed to share the multitenant infrastructure.
The cloud can provide scalable and reliable service for the legitimate users. The proposed
work is tested using tools Aneka and Globus Toolkit.
IRJET- Single to Multi Cloud Data Security in Cloud ComputingIRJET Journal
1) The document discusses security issues with storing data on a single cloud and proposes using a multi-cloud approach to increase security. It explores using encryption algorithms like AES and secret sharing to secure data across multiple clouds.
2) The key aspects of the proposed work are to store and operate on data blocks efficiently while preventing unauthorized access through encryption, decryption, and blocking of user IP addresses by the admin.
3) Migrating from a single cloud to a multi-cloud approach helps reduce security risks by distributing data across multiple cloud providers rather than relying on a single provider.
Cloud computing is a new term to provide application and hardware as service over the internet. Demand for cloud has increased dramatically in recent years. However, a major drawback for cloud adoption is lack of security so that we will try to solve some security issues related to cloud storage by design and implement a secure system to store privet data in cloud storage. This secure system provide secure login to cloud by using third parity authentication (smart phone) and one time password depend on chaotic system to prevent unauthorized people from get access to cloud and modified AES algorithms to encrypt the data in the cloud storage.
