Sales force will be rolling out certification examination globally, starting with exams being made available in North America. After this, they will be made available in EMEA during fall of 2008, and then India, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Japan will follow. Maintaining a Certification Maintaining a certification requires successful completion of release-level certifications for the major Salesforce CRM releases throughout the year. All certifications include access to new release content for subsequent releases, along with the associated exams, for 1 year. After a year, there is a maintenance fee of $100 to keep the certification current for the following year.
