My main goal is to make research in hospitality and tourism. by mixing theoretical paradigms to practical ones. the area of human resources development is very critical for me to learn and adapt. My first working days are spent in some international chain hotels then i became involved in teaching courses in hotel management when I was employed as a demonstrator in Fayoum University.
My Ph.D. project entitled " the impact of human resources management practices on employee productivity in the hotel industry".
