• Source candidates from portals like Naukri, Monster India, Times Jobs, etc.,
• Source candidates through referrals, mapping, head hunting & network building
• Match & shortlist the relevant profiles.
Screening:
• Screen the candidates to check their technical credentials, project experience, communication skills, CTC, notice period.
• Candidate handling as to briefing the interested candidates about the positions and handling any queries raised and also screening the prospective candidates to check their confidence level and expertise in skills required.
• Involved in handling of senior & middle level requirements
