year 2000, which serves complete
Psychiatry under one roof. And with
that we really started moving ahead.
In 2003 we could extend our services
and started Mental Health Care
Centre at Bhowanipur, Kolkata, which
is still just an OPD, but has really
picked up well. Our motto is very
simple providing services with values
rooted in traditional doctor-patient
relationship.

Doctors Profile
He is a General Psychiatrist with special
interest in Child Mental Health. Though
he is in private practice, academics
remain his first passion. Utilizing science
for improving care and service provision
is his present preoccupation. He did his
MBBS from Patna Medical College, Patna
in the year 1983 and did his MD in
Psychiatry from Central Institute of
Psychiatry, Ranchi in the year 1988. He
received his Neurology training from
NIMHANS, Bangalore, training in Old-Age
Psychiatry from England and Child
Psychiatry from Canada. He has
publication in state and national journals.
