After logging into the SAP GUI, navigate to transaction code SU3 to set the default printer. On the Defaults tab, click the Pick List icon next to the OutputDevice box to see available printers. Select the desired printer, such as Frontend Printer SAP GUI (PC), and check the Output Immediately option before saving to set it as the default. To change the default printer, delete the existing OutputDevice and repeat the selection and saving steps.
