Community of Hope operates three main housing programs in Washington, DC to end homelessness: temporary housing programs, a permanent supportive housing program called Home Now, and a homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing program. The temporary housing programs served 52 families in 2010 and 97% exited to positive housing. Home Now housed 113 families in scattered site apartments with a 99% housing stability rate. The prevention and re-housing program helped prevent homelessness for 56 families and re-housed 52 families.
