Present Perfect Progressive GRAMMAR

Present Perfect Progressive: Uses  Activity that started in the past and continues now.  It  has been raining  for two hours.  I ’ve been living  in this house for two years.  Activity that started in the past  and  has recently finished. There is a present result of that activity.  I ’ve been working  in   the garden. That’s why I’m so dirty. We’ ve been walking  for hours! I’m so tired!
