Introduction
Use Social Stream Magento Extension to display the social stream on
the website. With the help of this extension you can allow your customer's to
share your post on social media.
With the help of this extension, you can easily combine all of your different
social network interactions into a single network stream.

Fill The Following Fields
→ Facebbok – Facebook App ID.
→ Twitter Account - Twitter's Username.
→ Google+ Account - Google+ ID.
→ Youtube Account - Youtube Username.
→ Flicker - Flickr ID.
→ Pinterest - Enter the ID of your account Pinterest.
→ RSS feed - Link to your RSS.
→ Tumbler - Tumblr ID.

1. Display all social media stream( Facebook, Twitter, Google+,
YouTube, Flickr, Pinterest, RSS and Tumblr) together & separately in a
single place randomly.
2. Display the social stream widget in CMS page.

Installation Guide
Step 1- How to Install
1. Unzip the ZIP archive on your local computer. (Remember to place the
ZIP archive in a separate folder before you unzip).
2. Use a FTP client to transfer all the folders in the ZIP directly to your
Magento root. The existing folders will not be overwritten, it will only
add new files to the folder structure.
3. Check the file permission and make it 777.

4. Login to your Magento admin panel and clean / refresh your cache.
Go to System Cache Management → → Flush Magento Cache.
5. To Complete installation, logout and log back into your
Admin panel.

How to Clear Cache?
1. Open Magento Admin Panel.
2. Go to System → Cache Management.
3. Check, All Cache Types and in the Actions box select Refresh.
4. Then select All Cache types and in the Actions box
select Disable.
5. Also, click Flush Magento Cache and Flush Cache Storage.

Step 2- After Installation
1. Login again to your Magento administration and
navigate to the System -> Configuration.
2. In left sidebar, you will see the "Social Stream By Ocodewire" Under
"Ocodewire" tab. Click on "Social Stream By Ocodewire".
3. To enable Social Stream Extension, select "Yes" option.

8. Provide required API and username for which you want to display on
The front end.
9. Now "Save" the Settings.

Display Social Media Stream
inside a CMS Page
1. For displaying the Social Media Stream into the CMS Page Navigate to the
CMS -> Pages.
2. Add new page Click on "Insert Widget". Select "Ocodewire Social Stream".
3. Now click on "Insert" and then "Save" that page.
4. Now "Preview" that page and select your website layout preferably.
5. Select the "1 Column layout" for that CMS Page.

Uninstallation Guide
1. Login to your Magento Admin Panel.
2. Go to System Magento Connect → → Magento Connect Manager.
3. Enter your Magento Connect Manager username and password.
4. Locate the extension you are uninstalling in the
Magento Existing Extensions section.
5. Select Uninstall in the column Actions.

6. Click on Commit Changes and for the extension to be
successfully removed.
7. Click on Return to Admin.
8. Go to System Cache Management → → Flush Magento Cache.

How to Make a Database Backup
1. Backup your data, before making any changes.
2. You can use a native backup tool in
Admin Panel → System → Tools → Backups.
3. Click the Database Backup button, now the tool is
copying the data from your store’s database to your local
Database.
4. The Magento backup file appears in /var/backup/
after the procedure.

FAQ
Q: Error 404 after installation while browsing Social
Stream configuration in admin?
A: If you get Error 404 after installation while browsing Social Stream
configuration in admin, please flush the cache, log out from admin and
log in again. You can manage the configuration without 404 error now.
Q: Insert Social Stream widget in to CMS page?
A: To insert the Social Stream, edit the CMS page in admin and click on the
insert widget button if not using the WYSIWYG editor else click on the
insert widget icon. Now select the Social Stream, select your template,
save the CMS page.

Q: How to Social Stream on Left/Right Sidebar?
A: By the Social Stream By Ocodewire Configuration Just Select the Yes from
the Enable Right Sidebar and Enable Left Sidebar
