I am a Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Researcher at the International Institute of Social History (IISH).
As CDO, I:
- Organize, assess and expand on the research data provided by the IISH
- Enhance the value of existing datasets (e.g. by linking them to data from other data centers)
- Am Project lead of the Clariah Structured Datahub which curates micro-, meso- and macro- social-economic historical data and links it through RDF
- Perform research on long term changes in social stratifications structures, such as in gender segregation and occupational stratification.
