- 2. A Glance At Reality: Here we always have needs… Need for fellowship Need for companionship Need to be loved Need basics for living -- food, clothing We need to learn the secret of how to have happiness in every situation.
- 3. Our concept of needs changes, when we learn the Truth. We need Christ, when we have Him, all our needs are met. Mt. 6:33; Ps. 37:25 We do what needs done and get what’s needed . Phil. 4:19 Through Paul’s hunger he grew, he didn’t die. He learned through it!
- 4. God commands us to be content with what He gives us! Heb. 13:5 God reveals to us what is truly great gain! Luke 12:15; 1 Tim. 6:6-8 Paul learned to be content with “little” material blessing, and at the same time became rich in Spiritual blessings. 2 Cor. 12:9 -10
- 5. Happiness is a result of the choice to obey God! How can I be happy 1 Thes. 5:16-18 Rejoice always! 1 Tim. 6:17 Pray without ceasing! In everything give thanks! By Trusting God! Rom. 8:28 For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
- 6. Are You Happy In Jesus ? You can become that today, by beginning your new life in Christ through obeying His commands to be saved and living the abundant life. Heb. 5:9; Jn.10:10 Come to Jesus today by, Hearing and believing His gospel Rom. 10:17 Repenting of your sinful life Acts 3:19 Confessing your faith in Jesus Acts 8:37 Being baptized into Jesus Christ Rom. 6:3-6
