The document presents a proposed algorithm, min-max scheduling load balancing (m2slb), aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and performance in mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) through improved load balancing and energy conservation techniques. The m2slb algorithm operates in two phases: neighbor selection based on energy and load balancing via queuing, optimizing packet delivery rates and minimizing delays and packet losses. Simulation results indicate that the m2slb outperforms existing methods in terms of throughput, packet delivery ratio, and delay reduction.
