This paper presents a new speech encryption algorithm using a dynamic dual chaotic system based on the Hénon chaotic map, aimed at increasing security for multimedia data transmission over the internet. The proposed algorithm employs a random shuffling of speech elements and XOR operations with data from a key table to enhance encryption performance, demonstrating resilience against common cryptanalysis attacks. Experimental results indicate that it offers a significantly lower encryption and decryption delay compared to existing algorithms like AES.
