This document presents a novel secure image steganography method utilizing chaos theory to enhance data hiding techniques in digital images by embedding secret messages imperceptibly within cover images. The proposed method employs a 3-3-2 least significant bit (LSB) insertion technique and chaotic encryption for improved security and image fidelity, yielding substantial improvements in peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR). The paper details the encoding and decoding processes, highlights the significance of chaos theory in generating secure sequences, and reviews existing steganographic methods for context.
