This document reports a rare case of classical Kaposi's sarcoma in a 91-year-old female patient, highlighting its atypical presentation and the potential role of malnutrition in its development. The patient exhibited painful lesions on her lower extremities, with the diagnosis confirmed through histopathological examination. Despite being more common in men of Mediterranean and Jewish descent aged 40-70, this case underscores the need to consider classical Kaposi's sarcoma in elderly patients, along with a therapeutic plan involving radiotherapy.
