【卒業論文】LLMを用いたエージェントの相互作用による俳句の生成と評価に関する研究harmonylab 近年，大規模言語モデル(LLM)の発展に伴って芸術作品の自動生成，評価の研究が盛んに行われている．俳句を対象とした研究においても，深層学習を用いた俳句特有の形式的，意味的特徴を再現，およびLLMを用いた評価及び批評を行う試みがなされている．俳句創作における個別のプロセスにフォーカスした研究が存在する一方で，作品や批評を通して意思，感情を伝達する社会的な創作活動の側面に着目した検討はなされていない．本稿では，こうした課題に対して専門家の知見や実際の句会参加経験を活用し，マルチエージェントシステムを用いた句会における参加者間の相互作用，特に複数ラウンドにわたる句会の実施による句会参加者間の共通観念の形成やそれに伴う多様性の推移，俳句の質的向上を各エージェントの出力する文章を比較することで調査し，計算機による俳句創作の新たな可能性を探る．

化し大規模コーパスとして活用するための基盤構築と,帝国議会および国会の
会議録を用いて可能表現の長期変遷の分析を目的とした.従来は OCR 処理や
人手での入力に依存していた作業を効率化するため,OCR 後の誤認識を効率よ
く修正することができるシステムを開発した.このシステムは日本語教科書を
はじめとする他の歴史的資料のテキスト化を目指している.さらに,帝国議会・
国会の会議録全体に対し,品詞のパターンマッチングを用いて可能表現を自動
抽出し,1890 年から 1970 年頃の約 80 年間にかけて可能表現が減少傾向にある
ことや,「出来る」を利用した表現が徐々に短い形に移行していることを明らか
にした.これにより,人手での精読では把握しにくかった大規模テキスト上で
の長期変遷を定量的に捉えることができた.

競輪では,出走表やオッズ情報,ライン情報などのレース前情報が膨大であり,
注目すべきレースや車券の選択肢が多岐にわたるため,意思決定が複雑である.
さらに,情報が段階的に公開される特性から,各タイミングで異なる意思決定
が求められる状況にある.特に初心者や新規ユーザーにとっては,どの情報を
基にレースや車券を選択すべきかがわかりにくいという課題がある.
これらの課題を解決するために,本研究ではレース選定を基軸としたアプロー
チを提案する.具体的には,Transformer を利用して各車券の的中する生起確
率を予測し,その予測結果や出走表公開時点での情報を活用して,注目度の高
いレースを効率的に選定する手法を構築した.次に,選定したレースに基づき,
大規模言語モデルを用いて,ユーザーが意思決定を容易に行えるような紹介記
事を自動生成した.生成された記事には,レース情報,ライン情報,予測結果
といった情報を含むことで,ユーザーが分かりやすく有用となるような情報提
供を目指している.
生成記事に対してアンケート調査を実施し,記事の品質や有効性について評
価を行った.車券代理販売業者の方々である競輪に詳しいユーザーを対象に,
意思決定支援としての有効性や使いやすさを検証し,改善点を抽出した.今後
は,この評価結果と提案された課題を基に,記事生成の精度向上やレース選定
ルールの改善を進め,より実用的かつ信頼性の高い意思決定支援システムの構
築を目指す.

【卒業論文】ステレオカメラによる車両制御における深層学習の適用に関する研究（A Study on Application of Deep Learning...harmonylab 近年エンドツーエンド型の自動運転システムの研究が盛んであるが，高精度な推論には高性能の学習用・推論用マシンが必要であり，研究開発や商業展開の大きな負担となっている．これはステレオカメラを入力センサとして用いることで対処できる可能性がある. アルゴリズムでの測距によりネットワーク内での測距を省略でき，単一センサでの画像と距離情報の取得によりセンサフュージョンが不要になる可能性があり，モデルの簡素化が期待できる．本研究では,ステレオカメラを用いた自動運転のエンドツーエンドモデルの初期検討として,基礎的なタスクであるアダプティブクルーズコントロールを行うモデルを開発する. 既存モデルであるTransfuserを基に,ステレオカメラで取得した情報を用いて自車の加速度の予測を行うネットワークへ改変することで,これを実現する. 日本の公道の約16万フレームのデータを用いて学習・評価した結果，加減速が少ない単調な環境では良好な精度が得られ，ステレオカメラモデルの実用化可能性が示唆された．一方，大きな加減速，上り坂，急激な光変化では精度が低下することが確認され，原因を考察し改善策を提案した．

A Study on the Method for Generating Deformed Route Maps for Supporting Detou...harmonylab 近年，移動回数の減少が都市の活性化や地域経済に与える影響が懸念される中，移動中の「寄り道」行動は移動回数の増加に寄与する可能性が指摘されている．一方で，寄り道先の選択には煩雑な情報検索が必要であり，この過程が寄り道行動の障壁となっている．本研究では，寄り道行動を支援するため，既存の路線図作成ツールLOOMを基盤として，決定された経路情報と寄り道先リストをもとにデフォルメ路線図を自動生成する手法を構築した．
提案手法では，事前処理やノード配置の調整，LOOMライブラリの改良を通じて寄り道候補地の情報を視覚的に強調し，利用者が直感的に寄り道先を把握できる路線図を作成可能であることを示した．また，名古屋エリアを対象とした実験では，寄り道先の重畳表示の減少やラベルの視認性向上が確認された．一方で，路線の折れ曲がり数やラベル配置における課題，さらには都市構造がより複雑な地域での適用性については改良の余地があることが明らかとなった．
本研究は，寄り道行動を支援するデフォルメ路線図の生成という新たなアプローチを示し，利用者の移動体験の向上や都市活性化に向けた基礎的な知見を提供するものである．今後，ラベル配置や路線描画のさらなる最適化を図るとともに，複雑な都市構造への適用を検証することで，汎用的な寄り道支援システムとしての発展が期待される．

な作業である評価・選択・推敲・批評に対して，大規模言語モデル（LLM）を用
いて取り組む．深層学習モデルが生成した約1 億句の俳句が蓄積されたデータ
ベースを対象として, 評価・選択手法を開発する．選択の過程で，生成句が旧仮
名遣いや文語表現を多く含むことに着目し，俳人の推敲プロセスに基づくLLM
による現代的な俳句への推敲を行う．選択した推敲前後の俳句について俳人へ
のアンケート調査を行い，選択手法の性能を検証する．また，批評文の中でも
一般的な俳句の長所や出来栄えを評価する批評文の生成手法を開発する．俳人
が作成した批評文を分析することにより生成する批評文に必要な情報を決定し，
LLM に与えることでこれを実現する．生成文について俳人へのアンケート調査
を行い，長所や出来栄えを評価する批評文としての質を検証する．

【修士論文】視覚言語モデルを用いた衣服画像ペアの比較文章生成に関する研究（A Study on the Generation of Comparative...harmonylab 本研究では，商品比較を行う消費者に向けた，任意の商品に関する主観的要素を含んだ比較情報を提供する手段の開発を目的として，衣服の比較文章を自動生成する方法を提案する．まず，生成する比較文章の内容設計のために既存の商品比較記事を分析した．その結果，効果的な比較文章は「比較対象商品の提示」と「詳細な比較」という構成要素を持ち，商品の属性が客観属性と主観属性に分類されることが確認された．この分析結果を基に，視覚言語モデル（VLM）を活用し，段階的な処理を導入した比較文章生成手法を設計した．提案手法では，衣服画像から客観属性を特定し，それを基に主観属性を推定する．その後，共通する客観属性と顕著に異なる主観属性を抽出し，これらを基に比較文章を生成する．提案手法の有用性を評価するために実施したアンケート調査では，提案手法による比較文章が多くの消費者に有用な情報を提供できることが示された．また，段階的な処理の導入により生成文章の質が向上することも確認された．一方で，正確性のさらなる向上や，属性の具体性を強化することで，より有用な情報提供が可能になることが確認された．

【卒業論文】LLMを用いたエージェントの相互作用による俳句の生成と評価に関する研究harmonylab 近年，大規模言語モデル(LLM)の発展に伴って芸術作品の自動生成，評価の研究が盛んに行われている．俳句を対象とした研究においても，深層学習を用いた俳句特有の形式的，意味的特徴を再現，およびLLMを用いた評価及び批評を行う試みがなされている．俳句創作における個別のプロセスにフォーカスした研究が存在する一方で，作品や批評を通して意思，感情を伝達する社会的な創作活動の側面に着目した検討はなされていない．本稿では，こうした課題に対して専門家の知見や実際の句会参加経験を活用し，マルチエージェントシステムを用いた句会における参加者間の相互作用，特に複数ラウンドにわたる句会の実施による句会参加者間の共通観念の形成やそれに伴う多様性の推移，俳句の質的向上を各エージェントの出力する文章を比較することで調査し，計算機による俳句創作の新たな可能性を探る．

【修士論文】帝国議会および国会議事速記録における可能表現の長期的変遷に関する研究harmonylab 本研究は,帝国議会議事速記録という数億文字規模の会議録資料をテキスト
化し大規模コーパスとして活用するための基盤構築と,帝国議会および国会の
会議録を用いて可能表現の長期変遷の分析を目的とした.従来は OCR 処理や
人手での入力に依存していた作業を効率化するため,OCR 後の誤認識を効率よ
く修正することができるシステムを開発した.このシステムは日本語教科書を
はじめとする他の歴史的資料のテキスト化を目指している.さらに,帝国議会・
国会の会議録全体に対し,品詞のパターンマッチングを用いて可能表現を自動
抽出し,1890 年から 1970 年頃の約 80 年間にかけて可能表現が減少傾向にある
ことや,「出来る」を利用した表現が徐々に短い形に移行していることを明らか
にした.これにより,人手での精読では把握しにくかった大規模テキスト上で
の長期変遷を定量的に捉えることができた.

【修士論文】競輪における注目レース選定とLLMを用いたレース紹介記事生成に関する研究harmonylab 本研究では,競輪における意思決定支援の重要性と課題に焦点を当てている.
競輪では,出走表やオッズ情報,ライン情報などのレース前情報が膨大であり,
注目すべきレースや車券の選択肢が多岐にわたるため,意思決定が複雑である.
さらに,情報が段階的に公開される特性から,各タイミングで異なる意思決定
が求められる状況にある.特に初心者や新規ユーザーにとっては,どの情報を
基にレースや車券を選択すべきかがわかりにくいという課題がある.
これらの課題を解決するために,本研究ではレース選定を基軸としたアプロー
チを提案する.具体的には,Transformer を利用して各車券の的中する生起確
率を予測し,その予測結果や出走表公開時点での情報を活用して,注目度の高
いレースを効率的に選定する手法を構築した.次に,選定したレースに基づき,
大規模言語モデルを用いて,ユーザーが意思決定を容易に行えるような紹介記
事を自動生成した.生成された記事には,レース情報,ライン情報,予測結果
といった情報を含むことで,ユーザーが分かりやすく有用となるような情報提
供を目指している.
生成記事に対してアンケート調査を実施し,記事の品質や有効性について評
価を行った.車券代理販売業者の方々である競輪に詳しいユーザーを対象に,
意思決定支援としての有効性や使いやすさを検証し,改善点を抽出した.今後
は,この評価結果と提案された課題を基に,記事生成の精度向上やレース選定
ルールの改善を進め,より実用的かつ信頼性の高い意思決定支援システムの構
築を目指す.

【卒業論文】ステレオカメラによる車両制御における深層学習の適用に関する研究（A Study on Application of Deep Learning...harmonylab 近年エンドツーエンド型の自動運転システムの研究が盛んであるが，高精度な推論には高性能の学習用・推論用マシンが必要であり，研究開発や商業展開の大きな負担となっている．これはステレオカメラを入力センサとして用いることで対処できる可能性がある. アルゴリズムでの測距によりネットワーク内での測距を省略でき，単一センサでの画像と距離情報の取得によりセンサフュージョンが不要になる可能性があり，モデルの簡素化が期待できる．本研究では,ステレオカメラを用いた自動運転のエンドツーエンドモデルの初期検討として,基礎的なタスクであるアダプティブクルーズコントロールを行うモデルを開発する. 既存モデルであるTransfuserを基に,ステレオカメラで取得した情報を用いて自車の加速度の予測を行うネットワークへ改変することで,これを実現する. 日本の公道の約16万フレームのデータを用いて学習・評価した結果，加減速が少ない単調な環境では良好な精度が得られ，ステレオカメラモデルの実用化可能性が示唆された．一方，大きな加減速，上り坂，急激な光変化では精度が低下することが確認され，原因を考察し改善策を提案した．

A Study on the Method for Generating Deformed Route Maps for Supporting Detou...harmonylab 近年，移動回数の減少が都市の活性化や地域経済に与える影響が懸念される中，移動中の「寄り道」行動は移動回数の増加に寄与する可能性が指摘されている．一方で，寄り道先の選択には煩雑な情報検索が必要であり，この過程が寄り道行動の障壁となっている．本研究では，寄り道行動を支援するため，既存の路線図作成ツールLOOMを基盤として，決定された経路情報と寄り道先リストをもとにデフォルメ路線図を自動生成する手法を構築した．
提案手法では，事前処理やノード配置の調整，LOOMライブラリの改良を通じて寄り道候補地の情報を視覚的に強調し，利用者が直感的に寄り道先を把握できる路線図を作成可能であることを示した．また，名古屋エリアを対象とした実験では，寄り道先の重畳表示の減少やラベルの視認性向上が確認された．一方で，路線の折れ曲がり数やラベル配置における課題，さらには都市構造がより複雑な地域での適用性については改良の余地があることが明らかとなった．
本研究は，寄り道行動を支援するデフォルメ路線図の生成という新たなアプローチを示し，利用者の移動体験の向上や都市活性化に向けた基礎的な知見を提供するものである．今後，ラベル配置や路線描画のさらなる最適化を図るとともに，複雑な都市構造への適用を検証することで，汎用的な寄り道支援システムとしての発展が期待される．

【修士論文】LLMを用いた俳句推敲と批評文生成に関する研究 harmonylab 本研究では，日本の伝統文芸である俳句に焦点を当て，芸術分野において重要
な作業である評価・選択・推敲・批評に対して，大規模言語モデル（LLM）を用
いて取り組む．深層学習モデルが生成した約1 億句の俳句が蓄積されたデータ
ベースを対象として, 評価・選択手法を開発する．選択の過程で，生成句が旧仮
名遣いや文語表現を多く含むことに着目し，俳人の推敲プロセスに基づくLLM
による現代的な俳句への推敲を行う．選択した推敲前後の俳句について俳人へ
のアンケート調査を行い，選択手法の性能を検証する．また，批評文の中でも
一般的な俳句の長所や出来栄えを評価する批評文の生成手法を開発する．俳人
が作成した批評文を分析することにより生成する批評文に必要な情報を決定し，
LLM に与えることでこれを実現する．生成文について俳人へのアンケート調査
を行い，長所や出来栄えを評価する批評文としての質を検証する．

【修士論文】視覚言語モデルを用いた衣服画像ペアの比較文章生成に関する研究（A Study on the Generation of Comparative...harmonylab 本研究では，商品比較を行う消費者に向けた，任意の商品に関する主観的要素を含んだ比較情報を提供する手段の開発を目的として，衣服の比較文章を自動生成する方法を提案する．まず，生成する比較文章の内容設計のために既存の商品比較記事を分析した．その結果，効果的な比較文章は「比較対象商品の提示」と「詳細な比較」という構成要素を持ち，商品の属性が客観属性と主観属性に分類されることが確認された．この分析結果を基に，視覚言語モデル（VLM）を活用し，段階的な処理を導入した比較文章生成手法を設計した．提案手法では，衣服画像から客観属性を特定し，それを基に主観属性を推定する．その後，共通する客観属性と顕著に異なる主観属性を抽出し，これらを基に比較文章を生成する．提案手法の有用性を評価するために実施したアンケート調査では，提案手法による比較文章が多くの消費者に有用な情報を提供できることが示された．また，段階的な処理の導入により生成文章の質が向上することも確認された．一方で，正確性のさらなる向上や，属性の具体性を強化することで，より有用な情報提供が可能になることが確認された．

From Pretraining Data to Language Models to Downstream Tasks： Tracking the Tr...harmonylab 言語モデル（LM）は多様なデータソースで事前学習されますが、これには社会的に偏った意見も含まれています。本研究は、こうしたデータで学習したLMの政治的バイアスを測定し、そのバイアスが下流のNLPモデルの公平性に及ぼす影響を評価する新手法を開発しました。ヘイトスピーチと誤報検出に焦点を当て、事前学習データの政治的バイアスがこれらのタスクに与える影響を定量化しました。その結果、政治的バイアスがヘイトスピーチ予測や誤情報検出に影響することが明らかになりました。

【修士論文】代替出勤者の選定業務における依頼順決定方法に関する研究 千坂知也harmonylab シフト勤務制の職場における従業員の急な欠勤は業務に支障をきたし，顧客などに対する信頼の失墜などにより，事業そのものに深刻な支障をきたす恐れがある．
このような急な欠勤に対し，管理者は代わりの出勤を他の従業員に依頼し，代替出勤者の選定を行う必要がある．この代替出勤者の選定業務における従来手法では，代替出勤者の選定後に発生した勤務表制約違反を解消するために勤務表全体を再作成するアプローチがとられてきた．このアプローチは厳しい勤務表制約条件が課される病院のような職場では有効とされてきたが，管理者は再作成した勤務表を再度全従業員に周知する必要があり，従業員側からしても自分以外の従業員の欠勤により自身の勤務予定が変更される可能性があるため，欠勤者が多発する職場では扱いにくい．そのため欠勤者が多発する職場では，代替出勤を行っても勤務表制約条件に違反しない従業員を事前に割り出しておき，それらの従業員に対し代替出勤依頼を行う手法がとられている．この手法では管理者の従業員に対する依頼順が業務の安定性，管理者や従業員の負担に直結する．
以上より本研究では管理者による従業員の代替出勤依頼の依頼順決定方法を提案し，代替出勤シミュレーターを構築して評価を行う．シミュレーターでは，従業員の休み希望のもと，複数の制約条件に基づき勤務表を作成し，勤務表上で確率的に欠勤を発生させ，管理者による代替出勤依頼をシミュレーションする．各従業員は管理者からの依頼に対し，確率的に可否を応答するものとする．本研究ではこのシミュレーター上で複数のパラメータセットに対し，従業員の受諾確率に基づいた方法，各従業員の代替出勤した回数に基づいた方法，代替出勤可能な日数に基づいた方法の提案、評価を行う．

【修士論文】経路探索のための媒介中心性に基づく道路ネットワーク階層化手法に関する研究harmonylab 本研究では，ドライバーの細街路に対する選好を考慮した経路探索における道路ネットワークの階層化手法を提案する．提案手法では，ネットワーク分析の中心性指標の一つである媒介中心性の高いノードを特定して，各階層の非連結なサブネットワークを連結する．提案手法の有効性を検証するために，複数のドライバーの細街路への選好を用意し，札幌市の中心市街14km四方の道路ネットワークを対象とした計算機実験をおこなう．提案手法および先行手法における経路探索にかかる計算時間と得られた経路のコストを比較した結果，提案手法の優位性が確認された．

Specifically, we propose an approach to develop a system that collects and visualizes information on road snow conditions and weather data to support decision-making by personnel. Additionally, by sharing the collected information, we aim to facilitate the sharing of premonitions about changes in decision-making among snow removal personnel, reducing the need for physical inspections.We have validated the effectiveness of the system and confirmed its efficacy.

【卒業論文】印象タグを用いた衣服画像生成システムに関する研究harmonylab オーダーメイド服は個性を表現できる利点があるが、専門家以外は希望やこだわりが曖昧であったり、想像しているデザインの説明が難しかったりするために、デザインの注文が難しいという課題がある。
そこで、印象タグを元に衣服画像を作成する、対話型の衣服画像生成システムの開発を行い、個人の好みを反映した衣服のデザイン画を専門家以外が作成する場合の支援を試みた。
本研究ではシステムの構築を行い、性能評価として被験者に実際に操作してもらうことで、
ユーザーの発想やデザインの伝達に関する支援が可能であることを示した。

【卒業論文】大規模言語モデルを用いたマニュアル文章修正手法に関する研究harmonylab マニュアルに記載する文章では，読み手が内容を素早く明確に理解できることが重要である．そのための文章表現の技術を習得することは容易ではない．本論文では，マニュアルに適する文章を作成する支援のために，入力文章にライティングルールを適用する文章変換の手法を提案する．結果として，ライティングルールに基づく修正箇所の指摘と，修正候補の文章の生成ができた．これによって，マニュアルに適した文章を書きやすくなる．

概要：モバイル端末向けのニューラルネットワークは多くの場合、FLOPsやパラメータ数で最適化されています。しかし、これらの最適化は実際のモバイルデバイスで実行した場合のネットワークの応答時間に相関しない場合があります。我々は昨今のニューラルネットワークの最適化のボトルネックを特定・分析し、その結果をもとにした新たな効率的なバックボーンMobileOneを設計しました。結果はMobileFormerと同等の性能を得ながら、38倍高速であり、最先端の効率性を達成しました。

- 1. 複雑系工学講座・寄附講座 卒業論文 (2006 年 2 月 16 日) 観光経路作成支援システムの提案と 北大キャンパスへの適用に関する基礎研究 複雑系工学講座 調和系工学研究室 学部 4 年 氏名 丸山加奈 Development of Support System for Tour Planning and its Application to Hokudai Campus Research Group of Complex Systems Engineering, Laboratory of Harmonious Systems Engineering BC4 Kana Maruyama 概要 観光客が旅行をする際には，訪れる旅行先について未知の場合が多く，情報 収集をし，目的に合った観光をするためのツアープランを立てる必要がある． この目的に対して，観光客に観光スポットや観光経路を提供するTour Planning問題に関する研究がなされているが，従来研究においては理論的な解 析にとどまり実際にシステムで運用できる状況には至っていない． 本研究では，観光客の多様で曖昧な要求に対して観光経路を作成する観光経 路作成支援システムを提案し，そのテストケースとして北大キャンパスに適用 する．提案システムの北大キャンパスへの適用に当たっては，観光資源として クラーク像やポプラ並木，イチョウ並木など35箇所を選出した．観光経路作成 においては全探索による厳密解法とhill-climbingによる近似解法の2通りの方法 を試み，経路探索の計算時間について比較検証を行なった．その結果，観光客 の所要時間が少ない場合には厳密解法による探索が有効であるという結論が得 られた．
