cloud has increased during the pandemic.

ABSTRACT
Artificial Intelligence is one of the booming technologies of computer science, which is ready to create a
new revolution in the world by making intelligent machines. AI is now all around us. It is currently
working with a variety of subfields, ranging from general to specific, such as self-++-driving cars, playing
chess, proving theorems, playing music, painting etc. AI holds a tendency to cause a machine to work as a
human.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a field of computer science that focuses on creating systems and
machines capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. These tasks include
understanding natural language, recognizing patterns, solving problems, making decisions, and learning
from experience. The primary goal of AI is to develop computer systems that can mimic, simulate, or
replicate human intelligence to perform tasks intelligently, efficiently, and autonomously.
• With the help of AI, we can create such software or devices which can solve real-world problems
very easily and with accuracy such as health issues, marketing, traffic issues, etc.
• With the help of AI, we can create your personal virtual Assistant, such as Cortana, Google Assistant
etc.
• With the help of AI, we can build such Robots which can work in an environment where survival of

INTRODUCTION
What is AI?
Artificial intelligence (AI), the ability of a digital computer or computer-controlled
robot to perform tasks commonly associated with intelligent beings. The term is frequently
applied to the project of developing systems endowed with the intellectual processes
characteristic of humans, such as the ability to reason, discover meaning, generalize, or learn
from past experience. Since the development of the digital computer in the 1940s, it has been
demonstrated that computers can be programmed to carry out very complex tasks—such as
discovering proofs for mathematical theorems or playing chess—with great proficiency. Still,
despite continuing advances in computer processing speed and memory capacity, there are as
yet no programs that can match full human flexibility over wider domains or in tasks requiring
much everyday knowledge.
On the other hand, some programs have attained the performance levels of
human experts and professionals in performing certain specific tasks, so that artificial
intelligence in this limited sense is found in applications as diverse as medical diagnosis,
computer search engines, voice or handwriting recognition, and chatbots.
The content of an 8-week artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) internship

OUTCOMES
• I learned how to identify which expert system are suitable for problem solving and for
the knowledge representation. This practical knowledge bridged the gap between
theory and application.
• A major accomplishment of the internship was gaining proficiency in using popular
AI tools and platforms. I was able to put this proficiency to use various algorithm
processes.
• The internship was a collaborative learning experience. I had the privilege of working
with experienced professionals and fellow interns.
• The internship wasn't just about technical skills; it also emphasized the development
of soft skills essential for any professional.
• I honed my time management skills, adapting to changing circumstances efficiently.
These soft skills significantly improved my project execution and overall effectiveness.
• I developed the ability to make informed decisions about which processes to
automate for maximum benefit.
