Technical Project Manager – WWLP & EDSG Start Date: Immediately You are a Technical Project Manager experienced with World Wide Licensing & Pricing or the Enterprise Data Services Group. You will provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagements from definition phase through implementation. You have a strong PM background, as well as knowledge of Volume Licensing. You must be able to provide guidance, own development lifecycles, identify issues and provide constructive suggestions. The TPM must also be able to understand complex database concepts and understand the benefits of various programming languages. You have excellent communication skills and previous Microsoft experience. Technical Writer Start Date: Immediately The Technical Writer develop and deliver operations, processes, and procedure documentation for Tier 2 team. You will be working with documentation management systems and overseeing the lifecycle of many documents. You have experience and must be able to identify and innovate waysto improve documentation processes as well as lead and participate in collaborative projects and reviews. Your
- 2. responsibilities will be to manage multiple work streams in the Global Trade Organization and Solutions Processes Group to drive deliverables of trade requirements. You are comfortable leading various projects and initiatives to correct existing trade compliance issues as well as establishing new processes. The Project Manager will also assist regional trade teams, participate in change projects, own processes, and work closely with subject matter experts. Project Managers assist with quarterly releases with multiple teams such as the Solutions Delivery, Support, and Engineering teams. Maintaining tracking devises and conducting root cause analysis is essential. In-depth domain knowledge of Global Trade and SAP GTS is required. Previous classification and customs document experience is preferred. Previous Microsoft experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of compliance is preferred, but not required. SQL Developer Start Date: Immediately Location: Redmond, WA You are an experienced SQL Developer with a strong background working on the performance tuning of the database and being able to the requirement details to the offshore team to review the code for accuracy. Provide ETL packages to support reporting, which includes periodic data extract and refresh for OLAP database and Analysis Cubes. You understand, develop and deploy the reports using reporting services and using the data analytics to support current Data Quality Measurement and Reporting. You are able to execute the ETL packages to extract data on demand. Operations Analyst Start Date: Immediately Location: Issaquah, WA You are an Operations Analyst. You'll be asked to manage the Data Readiness activities, also assist in conducting daily standups, release meetings, manage offshore teams, and identify areas of improvement. Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of SQL, SSIS, C#,

Technical Consultant Start Date: Immediately Location: Bellevue, WA You will work on a development platform based on CloudFoundry to improve technical architectures (how-to, sample apps, demos, and training material), you will help clients bring their products to life quickly and effectively. You are experienced in delivering technical workshops and architecture development sessions to external customers. Though it is not required, it can be beneficial to be Six-Sigma certified, as it may be helpful to propose and report the necessary metrics. Partner—Analytics Practice Start Date: Immediately Location: Bellevue, WA Description: As a Partner - Analytics, you will be a part of our leadership team responsible for leading customer acquisition and engagement globally for our analytics service practice. You will be responsible for driving top line as well as bottom line growth for our business. Ideally, you have 10-15 years of experience in decision/data sciences, or analytics, as well as 2-4 years of experience with SQL analyzing very large datasets. The right candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
