Description: Tool should be developed to measure the accessibility and the usability of Arabic E-Government websites based on General guidelines and the guidelines developed by a study established on several Arabic E-Government websites. The tool will point to

The tool will also give the option of viewing the violation of the guideline in the page by marking the violation in red line. The user can use the tool to check if the website is accessible and usable for its user. The user will be able to add new guidelines to the tool. The user will enter the URL link of the website as an input for the program and will choose the guidelines that the program will violate at the end the user will click check button. The program will check the HTML and CSS of the website and all necessarily information’s to violate the website against specific guidelines. The program will generate a report which points all the violations of the website has. Contribution: Analysis of the specifications document.
