Apps lightning experience dynamic actions enhancements

In the new Salesforce Spring ‘21 Release, we got many new enhancements, out of which one is Dynamic Action. Dynamic Action can be enabled on mobile view and Salesforce Lightning Experience Desktop. For lightning experience, the objects that it would work on would be standard objects such as Accounts, Cases, Opportunities, Contacts & Leads, and custom objects in Mobile view.

But on using the Dynamic Action we can set visibility check to these buttons to be visible only when certain field gets filled or status gets changed. And here we can check that the record page has now become more to focus on and work efficiently. Also this is how we can set visibility based on values in the fields.
- 6. cloud.analogy [email protected] +1(415)830-3899 SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS This can be easily understand by a scenario: ➔ Suppose, if a Manager has the case record on which certain field and action button should only be visible to Agents if belongs to specific country then this can be achieve by Dynamic action ➔ Suppose, if there is action button that should be available to managers, so this can be achieved if we would create visibility rule based on profile. ➔ The main usage of using Dynamic action is privacy of certain field or action that who could have visibility of who could not.
