This document reports a case of a 49-year-old male with a giant intrathoracic schwannoma and concomitant pleural tuberculosis, highlighting the unusual presentation and challenges in diagnosis. A thoracotomy resection was performed, revealing a benign tumor, and post-operative treatment included antitubercular therapy, resulting in the patient's successful recovery. The review emphasizes the need for thorough diagnostic evaluation due to the rare association between schwannomas and tuberculosis and the complexities involved in managing such cases.
