The driving forces behind this work are related to the increased use of nanopolymers
for biomedical purposes. Charged and neutral polymers are routinely used for gene
and drug delivery. However, limited studies are performed to test their safety.
Therefore, the originality of this work lies in its attempt to evaluate the toxicity of
three widely used polymers for delivery of chemotherapeutic agents. Furthermore, we
aim to establish efficient methods for nanotoxicity testing through comparing the
results of three different models ( 2D, 3D invitro cell cultures and invivo zebrafish
embryo)preparing these materials for clinical application.

Culture at Google Has there not enough been spoken about the culture at Google?
The core of this culture lies in the Founder s philosophy. Google is ruled by its
founders. In the book What would Google do? by Jeff Jarvis, there is wonderful line
that goes like There is an inverse relationship between control and trust. Trust is
established in the process of attracting people to the site and more people that come,
the more companies flock to the internet and thus the search engine. This is called a
two sided network effect. One cannot survive without the other.
This mutual relationship based on transparency and sharing is the core of the
movement. Google served as the platform necessary for the interaction between both
the sides (the producers and consumers). It gave people control and they used it. The
founders of Google worked on this principle.
Google is not a slave to Wall Street The reason being Google builds a corporate
culture that will deliver its mission, and that it is principally organized to drive
innovation.

Since Engineers form half of the organization and as they like to do cool things,

governing the identities and the relationships of people with slaves . These laws were
prevalent in the states that allowed slavery , especially in the South . These codes
stipulated the rights of masters toward their slaves and defined the status of slaves in
the American society . These codes also gave white masters almost absolute power

Low self esteem. What it can do to our minds and how can we improve it? Self
esteem is when people don t like certain aspects of themselves. Peoples self esteem
is something that isn t brought up a lot. However it should be. People don t really
understand what low self esteem can do to our minds even our health. Self esteemis
our confidence and satisfaction in our own skin. Low self esteem can cause
someone to not like certain aspects our their body. It can cause them not to like
themselves at all wishing they were someone else, that they were skinner, taller
and prettier. We all have something we would like to change, but this is far more
serious. It s to the point they feel as if they won t be happy or people won t think
they re pretty/handsome enough or good enough. With low self esteem it can
cause a person to have a large amount of rancor towards themselves. Low self
