• デフォルトでは、Amazon EC2 はすべての EC2 インスタンスのポート 25 の
トラフィックを制限しています。
• Eメール制限の解除および逆引き (rDNS) 設定は、アカウントログイン後、サ
ポートセンターの専⽤フォームからリクエストすることができます。
• フォームでは、Eメール制限の解除リクエストだけでなく、逆引き (rDNS) 設
定および逆引き (rDNS) 設定解除もリクエストも可能です。

EC2 Eメール制限申請⼿順
1. フォームにアクセス

2. Eメールアドレスに連絡の取れるメールアドレスを⼊⼒
3. [ユースケースの説明] に下記 3 点を英語で⼊⼒
・Removal of Email sending limit
・EC2インスタンスからメールを送信する詳細な利⽤⽬的
(ユースケース)
・スパムメール送信に対する対策など、迷惑メールの送信
に関与しないことを⽰す説明
※ 不正利⽤防⽌等の観点から、申請いただきました内容
について担当部署により審査が⾏われますため、ユース
ケースにつきましては可能な限り具体的に記載いただきま
すようお願い申し上げます。
4. 送信ボタンをクリックで完了
メールアドレスを⼊⼒
右記の⻩⾊の項⽬を記載
こちらは両⽅とも⼊⼒不要です

逆引き(rDNS) 設定申請⼿順
1. ウェブフォームにアクセス
acts?#/rdns-limits
3. [ユースケースの説明] に rDNS Registration と⼊⼒
4. Elastic IP アドレスと rDNS レコードの欄にお客様の
Elastic IP アドレスと紐づけ希望のドメイン名を⼊⼒
※ 逆引き申請の前に必ずお客様でAレコード(正引き)の登
録をお願いいたします。Aレコードの登録がない場合申請
を受理いたしかねます。

Elastic IP アドレスとドメインを⼊⼒
最⼤ 100 個まで同時に申請可能

4. Elastic IP アドレスと rDNS レコードの欄に逆引き設
定解除希望のお客様の Elastic IP アドレスを⼊⼒
※ 逆引きレコードを設定した Elastic IP アドレスが不要
になった際に、Elastic IP アドレスを解放するには、事
前に逆引きレコードの解除が必要となります。

Hello,
We approved your request for the removal of the EC2 email sending limitations on your
Amazon Web Services account! If you requested removal of email sending limits on any
other Amazon Elastic IPs, they've also been removed.
Because reverse DNS record entries are commonly considered in anti-spam filters, we
recommend assigning a reverse DNS record to the Elastic IP address you use to send email
to third parties. Please use the form located at this link to request a reverse DNS entry:

If you'd like to proceed with assigning a reverse DNS record to the Elastic IP, the first step
would be to configure the A record for the domain to match the desired PTR record on your
side.
