MATTHEW 17:19-20 NASB
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately
and said, "Why could we not drive it out?"
20 And He said to them, "Because of the
littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if
you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you
will say to this mountain, `Move from here to
there,' and it will move; and nothing will be
impossible to you.

FAITH is not knowing what the future holds,
but knowing who holds the future.

Extraordinary life =
God’s power + FAITH (our part)

God can restore what is broken and
change it into something amazing
all you need is FAITH.

To have an answered prayer we must have
=
FAITH + WORKS

1. How do we work in our workplace?

2. Are we faithful to God in our workplace?
Ans: Poor | Satisfactory | Excellent

God invented work and
designed us to work well
to give honor and glory for His Name.
NOT JUST TO EARN MONEY

GENESIS 39 NASB
1 Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt; and
Potiphar, an Egyptian officer of Pharaoh, the
captain of the bodyguard, bought him from
the Ishmaelites, who had taken him down there.
2 The LORD was with Joseph, so he became
a successful man. And he was in the house of his
master, the Egyptian.
3 Now his master saw that the LORD was with him
and how the LORD caused all that he did to
prosper in his hand.

Joseph knew that the key to success is God,
we will become successful
only if God is with us.

4 So Joseph found favor in his sight and became
his personal servant; and he made him overseer
over his house, and all that he owned he put in
his charge. 5 It came about that from the time he
made him overseer in his house and over all that
he owned, the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s house
on account of Joseph; thus the LORD’S blessing
was upon all that he owned, in the house and in
the field. 6 So he left everything he owned in
Joseph’s charge; and with him there he did
not concern himself with anything except the
food which he ate.

Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance.
7 It came about after these events that his master’s
wife looked with desire at Joseph, and she said,
“Lie with me.” 8 But he refused and said to his
master’s wife, “Behold, with me here, my
master does not concern himself with anything in the
house, and he has put all that he owns in
my charge. 9 There is no one greater in this house
than I, and he has withheld nothing from me except
you, because you are his wife. How then could I do
this great evil and sin against God?” 10 As she spoke
to Joseph day after day, he did not listen to her to
lie beside her or be with her.

11 Now it happened one day that he went into the
house to do his work, and none of the men of the
household was there inside. 12 She caught him by his
garment, saying, “Lie with me!” And he left his
garment in her hand and fled, and went outside.
13 When she saw that he had left his garment in her
hand and had fled outside, 14 she called to the men
of her household and said to them, “See, he has
brought in a Hebrew to us to make sport of us; he
came in to me to lie with me, and I screamed.
15 When he heard that I raised my voice
and screamed, he left his garment beside me and
fled and went outside.” 16 So she left his garment
beside her until his master came home.

17 Then she spoke to him with these words, “The
Hebrew slave, whom you brought to us, came in
to me to make sport of me; 18 and as I raised my
voice and screamed, he left his garment beside
me and fled outside.” 19 Now when his master
heard the words of his wife, which she spoke to
him, saying, “This is what your slave did to
me,” his anger burned.

20 So Joseph’s master took him and put him into
the jail, the place where the king’s prisoners were
confined; and he was there in the jail.
21 But the LORD was with Joseph and extended
kindness to him, and gave him favor in the sight
of the chief jailer. 22 The chief jailer committed to
Joseph’s charge all the prisoners who were in the
jail; so that whatever was done there, he
was responsible for it.23 The chief jailer did not
supervise anything under Joseph’s charge
because the LORD was with him; and whatever
he did, the LORD made to prosper.

It must be faith in action
not faith inaction.

James 2:14-16; 26 NRSV
14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if you say
you have faith but do not have works? Can faith save
you? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and lacks daily
food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace;
keep warm and eat your fill,” and yet you do not
supply their bodily needs, what is the good of
that? 17 So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.
18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have
works.” Show me your faith apart from your works,
and I by my works will show you my faith.
26 For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so
faith without works is also dead.

Prayer is powerful, but many times God is
waiting for us to move WITH Him for us
to experience breakthrough. He is asking
us to step out, and as we do HIS WILL,
wherever we go, He goes.

John 14:12-13 CEV
12 I tell you for certain that if you have faith in
me, you will do the same things that I am
doing. You will do even greater things, now
that I am going back to the Father.
13 Ask me, and I will do whatever you ask. This
way the Son will bring honor to the Father.

We are created to bear God’s image
everywhere we go.

Genesis 1:26 NASB
26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our
image, according to Our likeness; and let
them rule over the fish of the sea and over
the birds of the sky and over the cattle and
over all the earth, and over every creeping
thing that creeps on the earth.”

Whenever you encounter
temptation, always remember that
you are the image bearer of God.

Galatians 2:20 CEV
I have died, but Christ lives in me. And I now
live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me
and gave his life for me.

GIVING YOUR BEST
FOR GOD’S GLORY
THREE

When you give your best,
God will do the rest.

John 11:38-44 CEV
38 Jesus was still terribly upset. So he went to the
tomb, which was a cave with a stone rolled
against the entrance.
39 Then He told the people to roll the stone away.
But Martha said, “Lord, you know that Lazarus
has been dead four days, and there will be a bad
smell.”
40 Jesus replied, “Didn’t I tell you that if you had
faith, you would see the glory of God?”

41 After the stone had been rolled aside, Jesus
looked up toward heaven and prayed, “Father, I
thank you for answering my prayer.
42 I know that you always answer my prayers. But
I said this, so that the people here would believe
that you sent me.”
43 When Jesus had finished praying, he shouted,
“Lazarus, come out!” 44 The man who had been
dead came out. His hands and feet were
wrapped with strips of burial cloth, and a cloth
covered his face. Jesus then told the people,
“Untie him and let him go.”

1 Peter 1:7 CEV
These trials will show that your faith is genuine.
It is being tested as fire tests and purifies
gold—though your faith is far more precious
than mere gold.
So when your faith remains strong through
many trials, it will bring you much praise and
glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is
revealed to the whole world.

The purpose of our trials
is not to end up wasted
but to give glory to God.

Faith without action is useless.
But a faith that works
moves the hand of God.

James 1:5-8 CEV
5 If any of you need wisdom, you should ask God,
and it will be given to you. God is generous and
won’t correct you for asking. 6 But when you ask
for something, you must have faith and not
doubt. Anyone who doubts is like an ocean wave
tossed around in a storm. 7-8 If you are that kind
of person, you can’t make up your mind, and you
surely can’t be trusted. So don’t expect the Lord
to give you anything at all.

You cannot just pray and do
nothing, it always takes action.
You have a part to do.
