Impact of LexisNexis Risk Solutions and iRISE2 Mentoring Darius Murray: FAU CARD iRISE2 Mentoring Program 12 Youth who attended the LexisNexis Risk Solutions event were: • 2 times more likely to pursue STEM related jobs or degrees in college • Stated they felt better prepared and confident when attending a computer science related interview • Nearly all parents indicated increase in confidence and employment expectation “After my son came home from 1-day experience offered by FAU CARD and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, he was filled with excitement and hope for a career in this field. He is pursuing his college degree in Computer Engineering, and looks forward to a possible internship in the future.
