A wave of online learning platforms aims to train these new developers. Those with active communities who guide and mentor deliver the best outcomes. To rapidly fill this talent gap, we need everyone to have equal opportunity to become a developer. With new tools, training, and opportunity, we can enable 100M developers and bridge the technology talent gap.
