THEMODEL
The overall economic model consists of three
elements all of them are a business concept and
principle, as the following:
1. CPD+F is for structuring the business model:
The organization to develop and run the business
2. GBM is for the investment model: to manage
the financial resources allocated for the business
project development including cash capital.
3. DOMO is for the development scheme of the
whole project.
The flow of the process of developing the infra
structure is as the following:
•  Establishing the Owner entity by the consumer
community on the basis of CPD+F.
•  Invest the allocated resources in full
governance and transparency on the basis of
GBM.
•  CBH Develops and operates the infrastructure
asset on the basis of DOMO.
The CBH method saves a minimum of 19% of a
typical project development cost, and produce
Return on Investment by 21% or higher. At the
same time the time for developing a project will be
cut by around 40% of the conventional time with
the tendering bidding, and rebidding time schedule
inclusive.

World governments are not fully able to
meet the demand for electric power. Each

power crisis throughout the globe. There
are several counter measures being
planned (such as generating power
through hydro, geothermal, solar, wind,

The fastest solution is programmable
conservation program . The other is to
develop a legal and financial framework to
encourage more power generation facilities
based on solar and hydro power. CBH will
work with clients to build plants that applies
best technologies worldwide that are safe and
economic.

The energy consumption and air/water
pollution walks hand in hand.
Unfortunately, the world can not supply
enough energy to meet the growing
demand. As the peoples quality of life
improves due to economic prosperity, we
need 61% more secure and sustainable
installed power by the year 2050.
There is more than enough available renewable
energy to meet all of our needs, if we can
harness it. The world must work to replace its
present sources of fossil energy on 86% of the
world’s current primary energy, in 90 years or
less. Natural gas is a good alternative to coal
and black oil. It is less polluting. CBH will
partner to develop high feasibility projects in
refining, gas plants to suffice countries urgently
in need of energy to grow. And at the same time
avoid paying a high cost for polluting natural
resources.
