INTRODUCTION
A chatbot is an artificial intelligence (AI) program designed to simulate
human conversation through text or voice interactions.
Chatbots can be integrated into various platforms, including
messaging apps, websites, and voice assistants, and are widely used in
customer service, e-commerce, healthcare, and other industries.
Chatbots have a wide range of applications, including customer
service, e-commerce, healthcare, and education. They can help
automate repetitive tasks, provide 24/7 support, and improve the
overall user experience. However, they also have limitations, such as
the potential for misunderstandings and the inability to understand
complex queries.
Types of Chatbot
There are generally three types of chatbots: rule-based chatbots,
AI-based chatbots, and voice-enabled chatbots.
1.AI-based chatbots:
 AI-based chatbots, also known as machine learning chatbots,
are designed to learn from user interactions and improve their
responses over time.
 These chatbots use natural language processing (NLP) and
machine learning (ML) algorithms to understand user inputs.
 AI-based chatbots can understand more complex queries and
can be trained to respond to a broader range of user inputs.

2.Voice-enabled chatbots:
 Voice-enabled chatbots, also known as voice assistants or
voice bots, use speech recognition technology to understand
and respond to user inputs via voice.
 These chatbots are often integrated with virtual assistants like
Amazon's Alexa, Apple's Siri, or Google Assistant.
3.Rule-based chatbots:
 Rule-based chatbots are designed to respond to specific user
inputs with pre-defined responses. These chatbots operate
based on a set of pre-defined rules, and they typically rely on
a decision tree or scripting to determine the appropriate
response example customer service ,Healthcare etc
