Each time you discuss coaching with him, he brings up his annoyance with his last coach who never gave him straight answers, just questions. He then mumbles about ‘ Coaching mind control techniques’

- 13. Scenario 2 The company has had a few pilot agile ‘squads’ and learnt a lot of valuable lessons about what works for them. They want to scale what they are doing to full product areas across the organisation. A highly paid consultancy created a blueprint a year ago that told them how to do this using the ‘spotify model’ you have been brought in as an agile coach to roll this out but be ‘pragmatic’.
