- 2. INTRODUCTION Libera Insani is a Psychological and HR Services Company established in 2014 with group of experts who cares a whole lot about mental health and human capital. It is the first company in Indonesia that provides both facilities or services for both individual consumer and businesses. The word Libera came from the word, Liberum (Latin) which means “to free” and Insani (Persian) which means “human”. The name become our foundation and core belief for every services we provide for clients. Libera Insani exists to help everyone who wanted to be freed from psychological stress or burden as individual or as a family or as an employee of organization through counseling and therapy. Libera Insani strive to be the solution and answer for every individual that wanted to rise as a person to face the global challenge in life as well as being a reliable & trustworthy partner for organization who wanted to develop the employee as an asset of his or her company or to develop student's potential when it comes to educational institution.

Around 450 million people currently suffer from such conditions, placing mental disorders among the leading causes of ill-health and disability worldwide’. Libera Insani exists to accommodate the psychological needs for every individual who ’ s facing crisis in life or those who want to develop him/ herself as a whole. Libera Insani team member consists of group of psychologists who is an expert through counseling and therapy and through holistic, therapeutic relationship, and various technique such as cognitive, behavioral, emotion, religious, psycho-social, hypnosis, and others that is tailor made for client needs. The measurement tools consists of process and method tailored for client needs and it is useful for: a. Individual Test and assessment for individual is to get to know kids, teenagers, or adult’s potential or talent as a person. This activity will help to guide each individual to develop him or herself by knowing his or her areas of interest or personal talent that can be useful in his or her life. b. Educational Institution Test and assessment for student selection for school or university major study as well as knowing area of interests and talent of the student and as added information from the institution to the parents. c.
