- 3. About Us PLN9 is not just into Man Guarding , but a single desk for total security solutions. We are different as our focus is on stringent selection process and quality training. Our team of professionals is able to customize the guarding duties to refine them to the specific needs of the customer. We not only provide high quality training to our employees, but also carry out on site training of our guards and supervisors on weekly basis to ensure that they develop a moral bonding with your organization. Fire drills are conducted fortnightly basis.

Milestones In A Short Span 2012 Distributorship of Tyco Security & Fire Products 2011 On completion of 1st year, we launched PLN9 Training Solutions. 2010 PLN9 is in the process of getting License 2009 under PSARA Act. Active member of CAPSI. PLN9 has presence in Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat ,Haryana & Punjab. Today we are able to deploy guard force of 750 plus. Incorporated on 3rd September, 2009.

Training Facility •Major (Retd) Bikram Singh our training instructor has 42 years of combined experience in defense forces and entrepreneurial ventures. •All our manpower deployed carries the job descriptions for their references. •Every month we conduct fire training and evacuations drills on site under supervision of our instructors qualified from Nagpur Fire Safety College. •Disaster management training and immediate medical resuscitation training is done once in a quarter for our Supervisors and SO’s by qualified personnel's NDMA and from St. John’s Hospital. •We are in the process of procuring trained sniffer dogs squad for deployment in all our sites.

Incident Response Procedures include reporting to control room, rushing RRT’s to the spot, Operation manager on site, evaluation and investigation, mitigation and preventive action plan. On going Multi-Tier Supervision with defined frequency of regular vigilance at each level from peer vigilance to Night Checks by operations department. Performance review, Quality Audit, Client feedback, On Site training requirement assessment conducted after start of service.
