- 10. Master Touch Concepts Pvt. Ltd. • Trips / programs / Money back differ based on selection of your package Membership Terms & Conditions… 1. Packages spans across 28 / 60 months. Every individual member pays a fixed amount per month as per the package subscription selected. The total amount paid is finally refunded back at the end of 28th / 60th month. 2. New membership program may start every alternate month. Each individual member will be required to pay his / her monthly membership fees; by / before 10th of every month. In case of delays in payment of monthly membership fees by due date (10th of every month), the respective individual will be disqualified from attending the programs – movies / dinner, picnics & trips including lucky draws for the period until the time the membership fees is paid up to the current date. An additional charge of 2% per month will be charged for each delayed monthly payment. 3. Each member shall receive a membership card which will be used for attending scheduled programs. Only one member per card will be allowed entry. No individual will be allowed to attend any program without the membership card in order to protect our members’ privacy & privilege. 4. Only one individual entry per membership card will be allowed. Our RFID / chip based membership cards are electronically enabled to record the entry of each member 5. Members will not be able to cancel their memberships amidst the respective package period. In case of exceptions, where members may not be able to continue with regular payments / membership; the total amount paid shall be refunded at the end of 28th / 60th month. However, such a member shall not be eligible to attend programs. The total charges of the programs attended & any lucky draw funds won shall be deducted from the membership fees amount that has to be refunded to the extent of membership fees paid by the individual member. 6. If any individual member is not able to attend a program, he / she will be eligible to send any other individual guest (non-member) in his / her place along with the valid membership card. If the member does not wish to replace his / her attendance with a guest, the member will be provided a refund for that respective program as per the norms set in the program schedule / refund chart. 7. The maximum total refund for non-attendance / absence in programs can not exceed more than Rs. 15,000/- per member across the span of the package.

We maintain our tour / program standards by ensuring that our members are provided accommodations at upscale hotels (3 to 5 star categories). As an exception at certain remote locations where 3 to 5 star graded hotels are not available, we ensure that the hotels selected are of the topmost quality in the respective geography. The entire package planning and execution is done by our specialist teams; keeping in mind the best possible comfort & highest standards for our members. 9. In order to ensure personal attention to the comfort of our members, every program maybe divided in to multiple groups spanning across different dates. Members will be given a choice to select their convenient dates on first come first serve basis; based upon availability of seats in every respective groups for programs. It would be our utmost effort to accommodate your convenience and requests. Each group will be going through the similar itinerary including locations, hotels, meals, etc. 10. While our long tenure trips are of 5 nights & 6 days, there maybe change of the duration for luxury train (categorized under “Palace on Wheels”) programs which may span across “6 night & 7 days” OR “7 nights & 8 Days”. 11. We strictly adhere to vegetarian food menu only. Jain food will be available too in every program meal. While we do not serve alcohol & non-vegetarian food, certain venues may provide this as paid service at the members’ own expense. However, the availability of alcohol & non-vegetarian food is not guaranteed by Master Touch Concepts. 12. The management reserves the right to make changes in the programs including - movies, dinners, short & long tenure trips, etc. 13. Under exceptional circumstances, the management reserves the right to reject , disapprove or disqualify the membership subscription to an individual / group . In case such a situation arises for an existing member / group amidst the 28 / 60 month period span, the membership fees refund will be processed at the end of the 28th / 60th month as per the package terms and conditions - post deduction of total charges of the programs attended & any lucky draw funds - to the extent of membership fees paid by the individual member.
