- 2. Introduction Enterprise This slide we’ll discuss about the coupons & promotion in odoo 17 Point of Sale. In this slide, we'll see how to setup coupon programs, including how to specify currency and points units, set validity dates, apply usage limits, and allocate coupons to specific sales channels or business units.
- 3. Enterprise The creation of coupons and promotions is made possible by activating the Promotions, Coupons, Gift Cards, and Loyalty Programs function in the PoS module's Settings as seen below.
- 4. Enterprise Upon activation, users will observe the discount and loyalty menus generated under the Product menu within the PoS interface.
- 5. Enterprise We can create promotional programs for implementation in PoS by initiating new programs through the ‘New’ button within the Discount & Loyalty menu.
- 6. Enterprise We can create a new Discount program of type coupons by providing all necessary information like program name, start date, end date, availability etc.
- 7. Enterprise Under the Rules & Rewards tab, the rules and regulations for a particular offer program can be set by defining purchase or sales conditions in the ‘Conditional Rules’ section using the ‘Add’ button.
- 8. Enterprise We can provide the conditions for this rule by providing the necessary information.
- 9. Enterprise By clicking on Add button from Reward tab, we can create the rewards for this discount program.
- 10. Enterprise After creating rules and rewards, we can generate coupons by clicking on generate coupons button.
- 11. Enterprise The generated coupons can be viewed from the smart button shown below.
- 12. Enterprise Here we can see the list view of the coupons generated and also send this to customers by clicking on Send button.
- 13. Enterprise After choosing the recipients, we can send this coupon by clicking on send button to selected contacts.
- 14. Enterprise We can create new promotion programmes by choosing different program type. We can create a promotion program by choosing the program type Promotion and add necessary information.

- 16. Enterprise After setting the conditional rule, we can create the rewards for this promotion program
- 17. Enterprise The promotions can be viewed from the smart button promos.

- 19. Enterprise Now we can see how to apply this promotion and coupons to the pos order. After choosing products, we can use the coupons by clicking on Enter code button.

- 21. Enterprise We can see the 10% off applied to the order.
